Global engineering leader over 40+ engineers across three continents, owning architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and delivery for products and core platforms including Tracer, Guided Diagnostics, Service Portals, and Unity.

• Lead global software engineering across the US, India, and Europe: 40+ engineers owning architecture, platform engineering, DevOps, infrastructure, and delivery for the enterprise product portfolio.
• Own the long-term technology roadmap across AI, platform engineering, DevOps, cloud (AWS/Azure), security, and reliability, balancing new capability against tech-debt reduction.
• Drive enterprise AI strategy and tool adoption, including selection of LLM-based tooling for coding, testing, and production workflows across distributed teams.
• Lead, mentor, and enable engineering teams to adopt AI coding and code-review assistants (Claude Code, Cursor). Hands-on with the tools daily, not just sponsoring them, and measurably raising AI-assisted delivery across the org.
• Own security and compliance with global alignment; co-lead innovation and R&D across AI and cloud, and partner with Product on roadmap feasibility and go-to-market positioning for AI-enabled offerings.
